Working Languages and Interpretation<\/strong><\/p>\n

The working languages of the conference are English and French. Participants are free to speak in either of these two languages.<\/p>\n

Simultaneous interpretation (French\u2013English) will be provided in the main room (Smart Room) only. Interpretation will therefore be available for all plenary sessions, as well as for Parallel Session I.<\/p>\n

For Parallel Sessions II, III and IV, participants may speak in either English or French; however, no simultaneous interpretation will be provided for these sessions.<\/p>\n

Participants are kindly invited to choose their parallel session accordingly, taking this constraint into consideration.<\/p>\n

Les langues de travail de la conf\u00e9rence sont le fran\u00e7ais et l\u2019anglais. Chaque participant est libre de s\u2019exprimer dans l\u2019une ou l\u2019autre de ces deux langues.<\/p>\n

Une interpr\u00e9tation simultan\u00e9e fran\u00e7ais\u2013anglais sera assur\u00e9e uniquement dans la salle principale (Smart Room). Elle sera donc disponible pour l\u2019ensemble des sessions pl\u00e9ni\u00e8res, ainsi que pour la session parall\u00e8le I.<\/p>\n

Pour les sessions parall\u00e8les II, III et IV, il sera possible de s\u2019exprimer en fran\u00e7ais ou en anglais ; toutefois, aucune interpr\u00e9tation simultan\u00e9e ne sera assur\u00e9e pour ces sessions.<\/p>\n
